Due to high requests, actually, just one, I have added some recent videos of Jane walking Jansen on his leash at the bottom of this post.
Jane and Jansen are doing great together. They are either playing or sleeping together, and so much fun to watch. Jansen is still very patient with Jane though at times you can see he is a bit tired of being pestered. Jane still loves to hold Jansen leash when we are out walking. Sometimes Jansen is just dragging her when she can’t keep up, but she refuses to let go.
She also had a nice time with Bert, along with Jansen. He is a pet magnet, and although he does not have any furry critters, all of ours love him.
We had a rather dramatic week with Jane. Last Saturday she decided to jump in the bath with me and eat soap bubbles and then caught her first mouse and ate it. On Sunday she drank cleaning detergent as I was moping the floor and then ate a dead bird — feathers and all. Needless to say, she got sick. I think she has refined her tastes more, and seems to like international food, i.e., terryaki and mexican.
The poor little thing then feel down the stairs and hurt her leg. We think she will be okay, and definitely a bit more cautious of the stairs.
