1. Must be able to be used with a shower/toilet chair or on it’s own. When there are many spasms a shower/toilet chair is needed, and for safety when transferring on a wet floor. In an urgent situation there is there no time to transfer to the shower/toilet chair.
2. Bidet function with automatic retractable showerhead
3. Metal nozzles for hygiene.
4. Moving function (oscillation)  back and forth for wide cleansing.
5. Massage function for constipation, to reduce the transfers needed, which are often 3-4 per day.
6. Warm air dryer on an adjustable arm, not just on the inside of the unit because it will be used with a shower chair.
7. Soft padded seat because there is a high risk of pressure ulcers. In an urgent situation there is no time to transfer to the shower/toilet chair.
8. Adjustable water temperature and water pressure and drying temperature. Too much hot or cold or sensation causes seizures.
9. Simple right hand operation with large control buttons.
10. Self cleaning nozzle
11. Soft Close toilet seat and lid with seat sensor.
12. Remote control for attendant use.
13. Deodorization function.This is a preference and not needed for safety.
14. Detachable seat and cover for cleaning and maintenance.
15. Energy efficient
16. Self-diagnosis mode for maintenance.
17. Must fit with a standard cistern (tank) and a concealed behind the wall cister.
18. It would be best to have a new toilet bowl and cistern, that fit with the wash and dry installation, that can be used with the right hand.

1. Moet in staat zijn om te worden gebruikt met een douchetoiletstoelof op zijn eigen. Als er veel spasmen een douchetoiletstoel of nodig is, en voor de veiligheid bij het transers op een natte vloer.  In dringende gevallen is er geen tijd om te transfer naar de douchetoiletstoel .

7. Zacht gewatteerde zitting omdat er een hoog risico op decubitus is.  In dringende gevallen is er geen tijd om te transfer naar de douchetoiletstoel .
8. Instelbare water temperatuur en waterdruk en het drogen temperatuur. Te veel warm of koud of sensatie veroorzaakt epileptische aanvallen.
9. Eenvoudige rechterhand bediening met grote bedieningsknoppen.
10. Zelfreiniging douchekop
11. Soft Close toiletzitting en -deksel met sittingsensor
12. Afstandsbediening voor attendant gebruik.
13. Desodorisatie functie. Dit is een voorkeur en niet noodzakelijk voor de veiligheid.
    
14. Verwijderbare toiletzitting en -deksel voor reiniging en onderhoud.

17. Moet passen met een standaard reservoir en een verborgen achter de muur reservoir.
18. Het beste zou zijn om een nieuwe WC pot en reservoir , die passen bij het spoel- en föhne installatie, die kunnen worden gebruikt met de rechterhand.
