Gebruik

1. In the morning for getting out of bed: bed to wheelchair 1 transfer.
2. In the morning for personal care: wheelchair to toilet to shower to wheelchair, 3 transfers
3. During the day to use the toilet: wheelchair to toilet to wheelchair, 2 transfers, sometimes 3 times per day 6 transfers.These transfers often need to be done very quickly due to incontinence.
4. In the evening to take a nap: wheelchair to bed to wheelchair, 2 transfers.
5. At night to go to bed: wheelchair to bed, 1 transfer.
6. Occasionaly at night to change clothes and sheets: wheelchair to bed to wheelchair, 2 transfers.
7. Total transfers: about 15 transfers per day and sometimes as many as 25 transfers per day. More than half of the transfers are done by the partner.

1. In de ochtend voor het opstaan uit bed: bed naar rolstoel, 1-transfer.

5. ‘S nachts naar bed te gaan: rolstoel naar bed, 1 transfer.
6. Af en toe ‘s nachts om kleren en lakens te verschnonen: rolstoel naar bed naar rolstoel, 2 transfers.
7. Totaal transfers: ongeveer 15 transfers per dag en soms wel 25 transfers per dag..Meer dan de helft van de transfers worden uitgevoerd door de partner.

The lift needs to work with the dimensions of his TiLite ZRA ADL wheelchair. The following are the user and wheelchair dimensions:

User weight: 55 kg
User height: 184 cm
Wheelchair seat width 40 cm
Wheelchair Seat height: 55-56 cm

De lift moet werken met de afmetingen van zijn TiLite ZRA ADL rolstoel. De volgende zijn de gebruiker and rolstoel afmetingen:

Gebruiker gewicht: 55 kg
Gebruiker hoogte: 184 cm
Rolstoel zitting breedte: 40 cm
Rolstoel zithoogte: 55-56 cm

Requirements

Eisen

1. Easy to understand and use for the user and caregivers.
2. Able to hold on well with one hand.
3. Support that does not put too much pressure under the armpits, because of shoulder subluxation.
4. Easy to put on sling for independent use after suitable training and practicing.
5. Able to also use a standard 4 point sling if needed.
6. Wireless Remote control that can be operated independently by the user. Wireless because of visual neglect and safety.
7. Able to turn with a small turning radius.
8. Lightweight because partner/caregiver has a herniated disc in the back.
9. Can be used quickly because of urge incontinence and fecal incontinence.
10. Able to occasionally lift from the floor if he falls during a seizure (ceiling height 256 cm).
11. Various transfer points (bed, toilet and self riding shower chair).
12. Adjustable speed motor(s)
13. Automatically stop at any point or at previously defined locations
    e.g. bed, toilet.
14. Mechanical override for emergency situations.
15. Automatic up and down motion vertically, as well as from room to room laterally.
16. Separate battery charger for wall attachment.
17. Rail can connect between the bedroom and shower / toilet room without a gate. We can remove the window above the door.
18. Able to go wall-to-wall in the bedroom in order to be flexible for care on both sides of the bed.
19. Must be able to install rail on cement ceilings that are 256 cm high.
20. If needed, a curved rail for corners without a turntable.
21. Charging point in the bathroom in the corner near the toilet, with 2 contacts which will also be used for the wash and dry toilet.
    N.B. This was later changed to very close to the bedroom wall because they said it could no longer be charged in a wet room.
22. Motor and body support system must be stored near the toilet and shower where the toilet and shower can still be used by others.
23. Able to add to the rail to extend to other areas, e.g., the shower or others areas of the house.
24. Charging from the ceiling rail. (not possible HandiMove)
25. Rechargeable LiPo (lithium-ion polymer) or NiMH (nickel-metal hydride) batteries. (not possible HandiMove)
26. Rust free materials and water resistant motor, because it will be stored in the shower room.
27. Easy to use controls with diagnostics for maintenance.
28. Must be able to order direct with the manufacturer or a countrywide distributor — not only through big suppliers. (not possible HandiMove)
29. Must be able to order parts online for self maintenance. (not possible HandiMove)
30. Supplier must provide a detailed maintenance contract, including hours of service, rates, response times, travel expenses, and taxes.
31. Supplier must provide a detailed per line item offer including all components, installation costs including materials, travel expenses, taxes, and the terms and conditions, and must mention the following:a) The installation date and the completion date.b) The supplier shall provide two invoices, one that is detailed per line item in the offer, and the other that lists only the total price and taxes.c) The supplier shall provide full documentation in printed and PDF formats in English and Dutch. This will include user and service manuals, along with any technical drawings needed for maintenance and service .d) The supplier shall provide free of charge training in Dutch on the completion date,  that will be recorded on video of for use by other caregivers.

1. Gemakkelijk te begrijpen en te gebruiken voor de gebruiker en zorgverleners..
2. In staat om op goed vast te houden met één hand.
3. Steun die niet te veel druk heeft gezet onder de oksels, als gevolg van de schouder subluxatie.
4. Gemakkelijk tilband voor zelfstandig gebruik na  passende training en oefeningen.
   
5. In staat om ook een standaard 4-punt tilband te gebruiken indien nodig.
6. Zelfstandig gebruik draadloze bediening. Draadloze vanwege visuele verwaarlozing en veiligheid.
7. In staat om te draaien met een kleine draaicirkel.
   
8. Lichtgewicht omdat partner/verzorger heeft een hernia in de rug.
9. Snel kan worden gebruikt voor urge-incontinentie en ontlasting-incontinentie.
10. In staat om af en toe te tillen van de grond als hij tijdens een aanval valt (plafondhoogte 256 cm).
11. Diverse transfer punten (bed, toilet en zelfrijdende douchestoel).
12. Regelbare snelheid motor(s)
13. Automatisch stoppen op elke gewenste plaat of op vooraf gedefinieerde locaties bijv. bed, toilet.
14. Mechanische noodvoorziening voor dalen
15. Automatisch omhoog en omlaag beweging verticaal, maar ook van kamer naar kamer lateraal.
16. Aparte batterijlader voor bevestiging aan de wand.
17. Rail verbinding kunt maken tussen de slaapkamer en douche / toilet kamer zonder een gate. We kunnen het raam boven de deur te verwijderen.
18. Kunnen wall-to-wall gaan in de slaapkamer om flexibel te zijn voor zorg aan beide zijden van het bed.
19. Moet in staat zijn om het rail te installeren op beton plafonds die 256 cm hoog zijn.
20. Indien nodig, een gebogen rail voor hoeken zonder draaitafel.
21. Laadpunt in de badkamer in de hoek bij het toilet, met 2 contacten die ook wordt gebruikt voor het spoel- en föhn  toilet.
    N.B. Dit werd later veranderd in heel dicht bij de slaapkamermuur omdat ze zeiden dat het niet langer in een natte ruimte kon worden opgeladen.
22. Motor en tilbeugel moeten worden opgeslagen in de buurt van het toilet en douche waar het toilet en de douche nog steeds kan worden gebruikt door anderen.
23. In staat om toe te voegen aan de rail uit te breiden naar andere gebieden, bijvoorbeeld de douche of in andere gebieden van het huis.
24. Opladen van het plafond rail. (niet mogelijk HandiMove)
25. Oplaadbare LiPo (ithium-ion-polymeer) of NiMH (nikkel-metaal hydride) batterijen.

30. Leverancier moet een gedetailleerd onderhoudscontract verstrekken, inclusief uren van dienst, tarieven,   responstijden, reiskosten, en BTW.
31. Leverancier moet een gedetailleerd aanbod per lijnartikel aanbieden, inclusief alle componenten, installatiekosten inclusief materialen en reiskosten, BTW, en de algemene voorwaarden, en moet het volgende vermelden:a) De installatie datum en de datum van voltooiing.b) De leverancier zal twee facturen verstrekken, één die per lijnitem in de aanbieding is gedetailleerd en de andere die alleen de totale prijs en BTW vermeldt. c) De leverancier zal volledige documentatie in gedrukte en PDF formaten in het Engels en Nederlands verstrekken. Dit bevat gebruikers- en servicehandleidingen, samen met eventuele technische tekeningen die nodig zijn voor onderhoud en service.d) De leverancier biedt gratis opleidingen in het Nederlands op de datum van voltooiing, die op video wordt opgenomen voor gebruik door andere verzorgers.
