Requirements	Eisen
Easy to understand and use — not too many buttons. Able to steer well with one hand — right hand. Easy to transfer on/off with assistance. Need to put the wheelchair close to the scooter chair and not have too big of a height difference. Able to turn with a small turning radius. Must be able to order parts online for self maintenance. (not possible HandiMove) Supplier must provide a detailed maintenance contract, including hours of service, rates, response times, travel expenses, and taxes. Supplier must provide a detailed per line item offer including all components, installation costs including materials, travel expenses, taxes, and the terms and conditions, especially returns.
